Users must manage their accounts using accurate information and are responsible for activities that occur under their accounts.

Users must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and these Terms, and must not interfere with the operation of the service or infringe the rights of others.

4. Content and Intellectual Property Rights

Rights in the App’s design, software, text, and content provided belong to With Mary or the lawful rights holders.

5. Changes to and Suspension of the Service

Parts of the service may be changed or temporarily suspended due to service improvements, maintenance, or unavoidable circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, With Mary may limit its liability for damages arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, communications disruptions, or failures of external services.

If these Terms are changed, the effective date and key details will be announced through the App or the website.
